*Eligibility: This promotion is open to all sellers who list their property with Team Hilbert, excluding family members of Team Hilbert employees and agents. An in-home seller consultation must be scheduled and completed prior to April 1, 2024, to qualify for this offer. Commission: The commission for the sale of the property shall be at a minimum of 6%.

Staging Credit: The credit towards staging costs will be reimbursed to the seller at closing, subject to the following conditions:

A $1,000 staging credit applies to homes with a final sale price of $250,000 or higher.

A $500 staging credit applies to homes with a final sale price between $150,000 and $250,000.

The minimum final sale price for eligibility for staging credit is $150,000.

Staging Services: Upstate Roots Designs will provide staging guidance, which may include staging guidelines using a client's existing items or full staging services.

Listing and Closing Deadlines: The home must be listed by June 30, 2024, and must close by August 31, 2024, for the staging credit to be applied.

General: This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Team Hilbert reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.

If the closing extends beyond the August 31st deadline due to circumstances not attributed to the seller, we will still honor the credit. However, if the seller cancels the contract for either listing or sale, the credit will not be applied. The closing on the property must proceed as planned.
